В целом нормальный отель, но нас покусали клопы - это просто кошмар. Укусы чешутся еще неделю. Почему не сделать обработку?

I am very thankful to Donna at reception amd the rest of the Team at the Black Buffalo. I wanted to check in earlier due to needing to lay horizontally after a medical procedure and they went above and beyond to ensure that there was a room ready for me (around 11am!). I stayed in room 10 and it was fantastic. I am glad that I was able to personally thank the lovely cleaner who arranged my room and I could see in her eyes and feel that she is so passionate about her job. The recent renovations are so impressive and it was very spacious, immaculate (and I’ve stayed at soooo many hotels), quiet, extremely private and very comfortable.
